PPC WIND would like to explore the possibility of placing wind turbines on your land. We will sit down with any interested land owner and answer any questions you might have. There are many aspects to developing a wind farm:

The Lease Option

This is an agreement between you and PPC WIND to research your land's resources.

The Lease

Once we determine that your property is suitable for the placement of wind turbines, the lease option will convert into a lease.

Construction

Depending on the turbine selection, the tubines are placed on towers ranging from 350 to 400 feet tall. During construction we will closely work with you to minimize any impact it might have on the operation of your farm.

Economic Benefits

Once the turbines generate electricity you will have a constant source of income for next 25 to 30 years.
